Build instructions for the Diderot compiler

You must have TEEM installed.

Run autoconf:

	% autoconf -Iconfig

configure the makefiles etc.

	% ./configure --with-teem=/usr/local/teem

(assuming that TEEM is installed in /usr/local/teem).

Then run

	% make build
	% make local-install
