Summary:
PrimIO methods have a different type in CML

Detailed description
Some of the methods in the PrimIO.reader and PrimIO.writer datatypes
have a different type in CML than they do in the ordinary Basis.
In particular, many of the fields have option types in the basis
but non-option types in CML. This makes it harder to port code
CML.
