Summary:
@SMLVersion should report 64/32 bit

Detailed description
I'd like to have autoconf check for the version of SML/NJ
to ensure that when I run `sml`, it defaults to say 64-bit.
Currently, `sml @SMLVersion` does not report what the default
version is, it seems that's only available when you start the REPL?

Instead of modifying the behavior of the @SMLversion flag, I have added a new flag (@SMLwordsize) that prints either "32" or "64", depending on the current word size.
